Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

BRXDGE ("BRXDGE," "we," "us," or "our") is a Canadian talent management agency operating brxdge.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers brxdge.ca and the services run from it, including the public site, talent profiles, brand contact requests, and private campaign reports. It does not cover third-party sites or apps we link to or embed content from (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar), which have their own privacy policies.

Who this applies to

Depending on how you interact with BRXDGE, you may be a site visitor browsing our public talent roster, a brand representative who submits a contact form or receives a campaign report link, a creator or page represented by BRXDGE whose profile appears on the site, or a BRXDGE staff member with an internal manager login.

Information we collect

From talent and pages we represent: name, niche/category, gender (optional), profile and cover photos, bio, general location, booking availability, content formats, social platform links, follower/engagement statistics, sample posts, and client testimonials. This information is provided by the talent or their representative when they join the roster, and is displayed publicly on brxdge.ca as part of their media kit.

From brands and site visitors: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and (if relevant) which talent you're inquiring about. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with the right creator.

Campaign reports: if you're a brand we've worked with, we may send you a private link to a campaign report summarizing which creators posted for your campaign and the content they produced. These links use an unguessable address and, in some cases, a one-time access code. We don't require an account to view one, and we don't track who opens it beyond standard server logs.

Browser storage: brxdge.ca stores two small pieces of information in your browser's local storage, never on our servers unless you act on them: your light/dark theme preference, and, if you're a brand building a campaign brief, the list of creators you've added to your "cast" before you submit a request. Neither is a cookie, neither is used for tracking or advertising, and both stay on your device until you clear your browser data or submit the campaign brief.

Server logs: like most web hosts, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use these for tracking or marketing.

Staff accounts: BRXDGE managers who administer the site sign in with a username and password. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — we never store or can see a staff member's plain-text password. These accounts are created internally by BRXDGE and aren't open for public sign-up.

How we use information

  • To showcase represented talent to prospective brand partners.
  • To respond to contact form submissions and booking inquiries.
  • To build and share private campaign performance reports with the brands we work with.
  • To operate, secure, and improve brxdge.ca.
  • To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. brxdge.ca does not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the service, with the following categories of service providers, each bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms:

  • Email delivery (Resend) — to send us a notification when you submit the contact form.
  • YouTube Data API (Google) — to pull public channel statistics and recent uploads for a creator's media kit, using only publicly available channel data.
  • Meta Graph API / oEmbed (Instagram) and TikTok's official embed service — to display public post and profile previews, and, where a creator's own connected Instagram Business account authorizes it, to look up public follower counts.
  • Hosting infrastructure (Railway) — to run brxdge.ca and store the information described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transition such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.

International data transfers

Some of the service providers above operate infrastructure outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information may be processed in a jurisdiction with different privacy laws than Canada's. We select providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep talent profile information for as long as BRXDGE represents that talent, and contact form messages for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and keep a record of it. You can ask us to delete information that identifies you at any time, as described below.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it's used, by contacting us at the email below. If you're a creator represented by BRXDGE, you can also request updates to your profile at any time through your usual point of contact at the agency. We'll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed staff passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

brxdge.ca is intended for brands, creators, and other adults in the talent management industry, and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as BRXDGE's services or legal obligations change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

This policy is a plain-language summary of our privacy practices and is not a substitute for independent legal advice. If you have specific legal requirements for your business, we recommend having this reviewed by a lawyer licensed in your province.
