These terms govern your use of brxdge.ca and the services BRXDGE ("BRXDGE," "we," "us," or "our") runs from it. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, viewing a campaign report, or signing in as a staff manager, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About BRXDGE

BRXDGE is a Canadian talent management agency representing social media creators and pages across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and partnering with brands on content strategy, brand deals, and contract negotiation. brxdge.ca is our public site for brands and partners to discover represented talent, get in touch, and, where applicable, view private campaign performance reports.

Using the site

The public site — the talent roster, media kits, blog and case studies, and contact form — is available to anyone without an account. You agree to use it only for legitimate purposes: researching talent for a potential partnership, reaching out about a campaign, or similar. You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the site, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's normal operation, or use the contact form to send spam, malicious links, or unlawful content.

Talent profiles and media kits

Profile information, photos, statistics, and sample content shown for each creator or page are provided to us by that talent or their representative, and are kept current on a best-effort basis. Follower counts and other statistics pulled from third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram) reflect what those platforms report at the time they're fetched and may not be perfectly current. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any statistic sourced from a third-party platform.

Campaign reports

If you're a brand we've worked with, we may send you a private link summarizing the creators and content delivered for your campaign. That link is provided for your use only — please don't forward, publish, or share it outside your organization without checking with us first, since it may contain details about creators' performance that aren't intended for public release.

Third-party platforms and embedded content

Where the site shows live content from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube — an embedded post, a creator profile preview, or channel statistics — that content is pulled through each platform's own official embed or API tools and remains the property of its original creator and that platform. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the availability or accuracy of that external content, and your use of it is subject to that platform's own terms of service.

Staff / manager accounts

Internal BRXDGE staff sign in through a separate manager login to maintain the site's content. These accounts are created and managed internally and are not available for public sign-up. If you're issued one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The BRXDGE name, logo, and site design are the property of BRXDGE. Talent photos, bios, and other profile content remain the property of the respective creator or page, used here with their permission for the purpose of representation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you, and you may not reproduce or redistribute site content beyond normal browsing and sharing without our permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular creator statistic, availability, or campaign outcome will be accurate or achieved. Any decision to engage a creator or enter a brand partnership is made at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRXDGE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information it contains. Nothing in these terms limits liability where that limitation isn't permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
